• Cash on delivery (Only for Cyprus orders. Not available for pre-orders, only for products that are in stock.)

Why do I have to pre-order an item?

By pre-ordering a product with us you will have first priority from our shipment. Your product/s will be shipped the day it/they arrive, unless there’s a specific release date instruction provided by the publisher/manufacturer.

Do you require a pre-payment for a pre-order item?

For pre-orders, payment is done when placing the order.

What if the price changes?

In case the item you had its price lowered, then we will refund the difference. If it gets higher, you will not be charged anything extra.

What if I order multiple items, both in stock and pre-order?

In this case we’ll break the order into separate shipping groups. Each one will be dispatched as soon as stock the product(s) will be in our warehouse and ready to ship. If there are shipping charges, you will be charged independently.

Are the availability dates accurate?

Unfortunately, these are estimated dates given to us by the publishers/manufacturers. In many occasions there may be delays with production or delays with customs. Please note there are many factors which may cause a delay on a product’s arrival.

What if I want to cancel a pre-order from your site?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel a pre-order. A pre-order locks you in and guarantees your shipment. Please do not proceed with any orders unless you are 100% sure that you want the item.
